Be a Customer Service Assistant

About

We’re looking for enthusiastic, friendly team players to join our Customer Service team at Cliff Lakes.

This is a varied, customer-facing role where you’ll be at the heart of the guest experience. Whether that’s welcoming visitors at reception or serving in our café. You’ll play a key role in delivering the high-quality service that helps create unforgettable family memories.

No two days are the same, and our operations run in all weather conditions, so you’ll need to be proactive, hands-on, and ready to get stuck in.

No prior experience is required — full training will be provided.

Candidates must be aged 16 or over. This role is ideal for students or those looking for flexible, seasonal work.

Pay & Contract

This role is offered on a casual, seasonal basis, with hours varying in line with operational demand.

We offer a competitive rate of £9.00 – £13.00 per hour, depending on age, experience, and qualifications. Opportunities for additional hours are available during peak periods.

Working Hours

Our start-of-season training begins on Saturday 25th April 2026, ahead of opening day on Saturday 2nd May 2026, meaning you’ll hit the ground running from day one.

Most shifts will take place on weekends and during school holidays, with additional weekday shifts available towards the end of the summer term.

Shifts typically range from 4 to 10 hours, particularly during peak summer periods.
