The Booking Process

Once you submit an enquiry, our team will:

Confirm pricing based on your estimated group size

If you’re happy to proceed:

We’ll provisionally secure your date

A £800 deposit is required to confirm the booking

Your booking will then appear in your online account, where you can manage everything in one place
Around 30 days before your visit, we’ll:

Check in with you to confirm your final participant numbers

Raise your final invoice

Confirm arrival times and session details
Arriving on Site
To ensure a smooth start to your day:

Please arrive at the agreed arrival time shared with you in advance

Pre-check-in information is submitted 7 days before arrival.

Teachers and accompanying adults:
