The Booking Process
During the booking process, our dedicated team will be on hand to help guide you every step of the way!
Before Arrival
Once your booking is confirmed, you’ll receive a confirmation for your scheduled visit. Within this email, you will find information about signing individual waivers for each participant. This MUST be signed before visiting us. For participants under 18, an adult over 18 must sign the waiver on their behalf, ensuring minors are correctly accounted for while following the waiver process.
Additionally, 48 hours before your booking, we kindly ask for a list of participants names and D.O.B to facilitate a quick check of everyone’s waivers.
Arriving on Site
If you plan to arrive by coach, please let us know so we can reserve an area to park the coach during your stay. Upon arrival, our friendly team will be on hand to greet you before getting your session underway! Once all of your group is here, we’ll guide your group through key facilities and provide an overview of the exciting activities ahead.
During Your Session
Before diving into the fun, we’ll conduct a safety briefing. Then, it’s time to explore the park! We encourage groups to split into smaller teams, fostering teamwork and support as you navigate the challenges. Groups of four are ideal for maximizing enjoyment and assistance during your adventure.
After Your Session
As your adventure concludes, recharge with various refreshments available at our cafe, from steaming hot chocolates to refreshing soft drinks. If hunger strikes, indulge in a delicious catered meal prepared by our onsite team (must be pre-booked) or savor your own packed lunch while soaking in the scenic views from our spectator’s area.
