To use your gift card, go to our website, choose your session, date, and time, and enter your unique code in the ‘redeem voucher’ box at checkout.

Our gift cards are valid for an entire year from purchase.
Can I get a refund on my gift card?

Outside of this 14-day cooling-off period, gift cards are non-refundable.
Can I extend my gift card?
Our gift vouchers are valid for an entire year from purchase, so we cannot extend them beyond the current expiry date. We issue many gift cards each year, so extending them would create a significant workload for our business.

If you cannot use the voucher, you can book a session for someone else, or you can redeem it in our cafe.

Further down in the checkout, you can include the name of the person to whom you will give the card. You can also enter their email, write or record a message, and choose when to send it.
If you choose to email it to yourself, you will receive two emails, the order confirmation and the gift card email.
What happens if I don't spend all the money on my gift card?
Any unspent credit on your gift card will remain on the voucher until you use it.
To redeem the remaining amount, enter the original voucher code.
The gift card will retain the same expiration date as the date of purchase.
